Menu items not available in multi-org

I have just setup a test site using 3.0.0 on Drupal 6.14. I have setup a primary site in Drupal with a CiviCRM installation, and then followed the multi-org setup instructions. I then setup a sub domain on the primary site through drupal, and setup a sub-org in CiviCRM to go with the domain, and then installed CiviCRM on the subdomain using the same instructions.

This has all worked successfully, but when I go into CiviCRM on the subdomain, the only things that I see on the CiviCRM menu bar (the black bar at the top of the page) are the search box, and the home and logout buttons. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I am sure that it is probably just a configuration issue, but I have no idea what it could be.

Can you do menu rebuild for CiviCRM on subdomain i.e visit a url like http://subdomain_civicrm.org/civicrm/menu/rebuild?reset=1 and check.

If above doesn't work, check if there are entries in civicrm_navigation table with domain_id = 2 (or the newly inserted domain record id). If not you 'll have to repeat step3 of http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Multi+Site+Installation making sure the domain name is correct.

If that doesn't work either, jump on irc and we can help you debug.
