I am trying to setup a membership contribution page where the user can enter 3 additional amounts after selecting from the list of membership levels.  The goal is take membership dues and optional contributions three different special funds.

I see where I can enable the default "Additional Amount" field, but is there an easy way to have three of those additional amounts?

I create a group of custom contribution fields and those work fine when I manually enter a contribution as an administrator.  However, these fields do no show up on the public contribution page and I can see no way to add them.
