Can't access configuration tasks
October 22, 2009, 08:41:19 pm
Hi - Just installed CiviCRM w/ a clean install of Drupal.  I'm getting the crossed out camera and am not able to access anything in CiviCRM

Guessing I've messed up permissions.  Is there a good resource to sort this out?

Thanks,
Graham

When I go to CiviCRM and click any of the ADMIN links the attached image comes up and that's it.  Can't get beyond that.

Might try to re-install.

Thanks,
Graham

that seems like javascript and does not seem like a civicrm image

you might want to try using firebug and see who/how that image is being rendered

Thanks for the help on this one.

Turns out there's something funny happening with all the CiviCRM links when the LightBox2 module is enabled.  It seems that all of the links are initializing a lighbox2 call -- may be an overlapping CSS class name or something like that.

Changed lightbox2 settings and all is well.

Cheers,
Graham

try using the dev version of lightbox2. that has fixed the issue with its interaction with civicrm
