Doner Pages - Can Civicrm do this..?

I have a client that is using Donor Perfect.  They are using an addon called Donor Pages.  I know that Civicrm has the personal pages users can create now, but can we get more involved with Teams.  Here is what Donor Perfect is doing.

Can Civicrm provided this type of functionality?

I dont think Civi can do this out of the box in v3.0. But if this is of interest to you/your org, please do consider stepping up and add the additional features to meet your needs
