Plugin not still not working!

Hello, I have the other thread here but ut seems support has stopped responding to me.
I'm having a serious problem, I can't get the plugin to work.  My hosting company has been working with me all week.  They even installed a test account and it does not work.  The issue is that it says it installed successfully but when you go to the menu and try to access it all it does is refresh the joomal dashboard.

as recommended in the other thread, u might want to hire someone from http://civicrm.org/professional/

unfortunately we cannot really help with install issues across different hosting providers
