Forums or Blog postigs?

Hello,

I was wondering if current CiviCRM can offer Forum functionality to the web.
I have a alumni webpage with CiviCRM, currently without so many functionality and I want to explore what are the options we can introduce to this web (that are supported by CiviCRM) to make this web as a way for alumni to communicate each other.
There are two thins that I was wondering if CiviCRM supports,

1. Forum.
Like this forums, can we have Forum in CiviCRM?
2. the functionality that Blog has
Blog postings to which users get to leave some comments?

Are those equipped in CiviCRM?

Thank you so much

Eileen

Hello, are you using CiviCRM in standalone mode? Normally people get the functionality you are talking about by integrating with Joomla! or Drupal and using the relevant modules from them
