we are using drupal and civicrm 1.8. one of our events we do is "trips" in order to apply for this trip you need to fill out an application, which then needs to be appoved. once the register submits his/her application is there a ways to save it, and see it in ther persons profile as submitted applications..

i was thinking of online registration, but the problem with that is, if there's another trip that the person is applying for.. the information would erase the perivious submitted appication.

and also we would like to send out survey's to participants that attended an event and have all the survey saved.

any ideas...

How many trips are you talking about? An easy way of getting around this issue is to set up an event per trip if the number of trips is fairly small.

Unfortunately we do not expose multiple value fields with the CiviCRM signup pages. This makes something like the below possible only with some custom code
