Message Templates -- HTML version deleted upon "edit"

When editing a Message Template via the Message Template admin screen (/civicrm/admin/messageTemplates&reset=1), the HTML version seems to be deleted--it opens up blank no matter what was previously there. (The Text Version comes up fine.)

Same happens on the demo site.

It looks like the content may appear for a split second, then disappear...

When bringing up Templates via the "send an email" activity screen, HTML version comes in just fine. The "Update Template" and "Save New Template" options both appear to be working fine as well.

Anyone else finding this? Should I submit a ticket?

can u try switching your wysiwyg editor to the other options / no editor and see if it fixes the issue
