Post Installation problems

Hey All,

We installed the 3.0.2 version under the latest version of Joomla. All went well.
But we are experiencing problems uploading contact details.Event small files from 150kb
are too heavy. Screens are freezing or are returning to the famous selection screen 2.
We tested this on different servers and even on a local host environment.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem. If yes, all clues are welcome.

Cheers

I assume you're referring to Import Contacts function... sounds like there might be some data-related issues. One way to verify is if you can anonymize the data in a copy of the import file and then try and import on our public demo.

Thanks Dave, We did import the data on the demo and found out that one character in our file was not accepted : à
In fact we are dealing with french streetnames in our database, so we changed that à into an a and everything went well.

Thanks again
