Showing different contact fields based on role

Hi,

I'm using CiviCRM to build a website and CRM system for a fraternity.  I currently have all fraternity alumni in a Group, and the public can view a listing and a limited set of info on all alumni using a Profile.  What I'd like to do is allow alumni who are logged in to see all of the info of another alumnus.  Ideally, when they click "View" on the profile listing, they'd be directed to the full contact of the alumnus.

All roles/permissions are set to allow this.  If a logged in alumnus puts http://.../civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=<id> into their browser, they can see the entire contact as planned.  Any ideas on how to essentially allow them to get directly to this page just by clicking on "View" in a profile listing?

Nevermind, just realized that in the Profile view, the Display Name is a hyperlink which will bring you to the full contact record.
