...I still need to ask.  Although I believe it can, I need to know.  As an organization that provides help to others in need (money and services) we collect information online using various forms.  We collect information on people who need help, people who can donate money or services, and volunteers to assist at our fund raising events.

Simply put, If recipient A fills out out the form indicating they need auto repair and we have a service donor that does auto repair, can it "relate" the two and provide us with an email or a report (or both) so that we can put the two people together.  The recipient will not be shown this.  They will just get a confirmation email indicating that we will get back with them soon.

it cannot do the below out of the box. it has the pieces to do most of the below, but you will need to extend and write the matching code to relate the two, send the email and build the reports

OK.  I am assuming that most of the heavy lifting will be in the MySQL and PHP areas.  Am I correct?
