Redirect to Payment Processor site URL

From the contribution page, on clicking confirm button, I want the donor to be redirected to my payment processor home page.
But I always find that the user is taken to the "Thank You" Page of the civicrm.
I have given the url in the payment processor table and could see it in the "Manage Contribution Page" Screen.
And also included a php file with my Payment processor name in the CRM_Core_Payment_
Can someone help me where should I give the redirected page?

Look like you have not configured your payment processor correctly. What's your payment processor?

Right now I am working on my sandbox. I double checked  the url. I have given the same url for test and live settings.

What do you think I might be missing?
