Testing CiviCRM 3.02 - Misc. Issues
November 12, 2009, 07:40:10 am
3 issues:

1.  Just started testing 3.02 and discovered that all of my events are not showing up in the Find Participants event name dropdown.  Does anyone have an idea about why this is happening.  All of the missing events are active and list fine in 2.29.

2.  Also, we would like the mailing label feature to be accessible in the Find Participant option.  My client needs to mail tickets to the participants and the mailing label feature would have been handy but now she has to export participants and generate a mail-merge.

3.  Lastly, a Drupal module we are using:  CiviCRM_theme is breaking the CiviCRM installation.  Any ideas?

Thanks,
Annalee

1. This is not a standard HTML select box. Try double clicking or entering the first few characters of the search term to open the dropdown.

2. If you use an "advanced search" and search on participants of that event, you should get the same search results, and then have the functionality you need in the action dropdown at the top.

3. Not sure about this issue.

Found it here: http://drupal.org/node/568710

There is a patch and at the bottom, the full module is also available. Appears to work fine.
