Can't Find CiviCRM Administration Page
November 12, 2009, 04:01:15 pm
I've got CiviCRM  running as a module in Drupal 6.14 on a FreeBSD server. After several false starts and getting my ISP to set up a new civicrm MySQL database, I've mostly got CiviCRM running, except I can't see most of the CiviCRM sub-modules like CiviEvent, CiviMail, CiviContribute, etc. The documentation says to go to the CiviCRM Administration page, but I can't find that anywhere. I did find the Events package in the CRM folder, but never see it in a menu. Everything worked fine in my previous install, but not now. I did see a reference to a menu "rebuild and reset" function in another posting, but I'm not sure whether or how this applies in my case.
Any advice much appreciated.

Stijn

Thanks. That referral led me to a way to hack into the CiviCRM Admin pages where I could enable the functions I needed. This new version lists them as links across the top of the page, where I am used to seeing messages from Firefox, so maybe they were there all along. The new data entry pages are MUCH better than the old ones, where the data element names often did not line up with the entry blocks. Thanks again for the guidance. Friday the 13th has been lucky for me.
