where is tmplate for PCP tell a friend message?

I was wondering what file would I need to edit to add some standard text to a tell a friend email sent from a PCP?

civicrm\templates\CRM\Contribute\Form\PCP\PCPSupporterNotify.tpl

When you say 'edit' - I assume you know about putting the template in a custom_templates folder rather than editing the original?

Ok, I guess I am lost now. I have set up a site where PCPs will be used. When someone clicks on the tell a friend from their PCP page the email that is sent has a header of:

{name} wants you to know about

Body of:
Code: [Select]
Personal Message Here

To make a contribution, go to:
>> http://www.URL.org/site/event/jbolympics/index.php?option=com
>> _civicrm&task=civicrm/contribute/pcp/info&reset=1&id=3
So, three things,

1) I want to possibly change the header/subject
2) I want to include a standard message that the user can't edit then thy can put in there own message.
3) if you notice the url, it is broken to two lines with a >> at the front of each lines which breaks the link.

the file (civicrm\templates\CRM\Contribute\Form\PCP\PCPSupporterNotify.tpl) is for the template that I need as it is the one I get after signing up. Where is the template that produced the message above and how can I get it to do what I want?

Looks like those templates have multiple uses - try in

civicrm\templates\CRM\Friend\Form
