Problems with relationships
September 03, 2007, 03:45:23 am
I've been working on importing relationships. I'm not sure if these are issues or something I am doing wrong.

1. If I delete a record, the relations from other records to that record are still showing. If you click on the link to the record, you get a "you are not authorized" message.

2. I have a one family with 4 children. I'm trying to get the sibling relationships. For the 4th child, if I go to the relationship tab I do not see any sibling relationships (although they have been created). However if I click new relationships, the list of existing relationships shows the 3 sibling relationships.

When I look at his siblings, the relationships show on 2/3 of the relationship tabs. On the 3rd there is the same issue, where the relationship is not shown on the tab but clicking New Relationship displays the relationship.

Can you replicate this on http://demo.civicrm.org/drupal. If yes do file an issue in Jira.

thanx

I think it might have had something to do with caching.

I have definitely been finding that at times you need to end the session and restart.
