I just try "new individual" and got this attached screen?

Firefox is working with no problem.
I'm using Drupal 6.14, Garland theme

Its an unpredictable behavior of jQuery Datepicker.

An issue being filled for this http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5416
