fresh install and get this error

see attached.
my first action after the install was this and this though after this I tried a couple of things like edit a user etc and that was fine.
Syncronized Contacts
Edit a Contact
etc all worked

So the only thing not fresh about this install is someone before me installed 3.1 not realizing it was alpha. So I
removed the module
uninstalled the module
removed the files/civicrm folder
cleared the cache
deleted the database
removed the old civicrm settings file

most likely this is a session issue

truncate your drupal sessions and relogin to drupal
