upgraded to 3 fine, now error with Tabbed.php
November 16, 2009, 10:23:36 am
So I followed the instructions and blew away my old civicrm directory and uploaded the new one.  I then ran the upgrade script right before my laptop died.  I did see the screen that said it was a success but didn't have much time after that to see what it said.  My installation seems to be working fine but of course I only use civicrm for the event registration section of it.

Anyways, when I go to view a registrant I get the following error:

Code: [Select]
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'CRM/Contact/Page/View/Tabbed.php' (include_path='.:/home2/qualiub5/public_html/navydiverolympics/sites/all/modules/civicrm:/home2/qualiub5/public_html/navydiverolympics/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/qualiub5/public_html/navydiverolympics/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Core/Invoke.php on line 187
I looked and I definately do not have the tabbed.php file.  I did read that it is no longer used in civicrm 3.  If my directory is nothing but the new files how can it still be looking for this old file?  Any ideas?

That's most certainly because one cache or another hasn't been properly cleared. On the installation/upgrade document, the troubleshooting section suggest you various ways of clearing the caches.

Not sure where the problem is, try to clear the template, or domain, or session or... cache.

good luck

Thanks for the reply.  I have read over this document:  http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Upgrade+Drupal+Sites+to+3.0      It doesnt say much about clearing the cache unless you are using views, which I am not.  I cleared the cache in admin/settings/performance    Are there other places to do it also?

I sure have.  Just went through them again and nothing seemed to work.  Its such a bizzare error.  Do you think uninstalling the module and reinstalling would help?

I'm not sure if this will help determine the problem but I just noticed this.  If I am looking at the event dashboard at the registrations:  If I click on the e-mail address under the participant heading to "view the contact record"  I get the error I posted above.  If I go over and click on view on the same line (the area where it says view, edit delete) to "view participation" it works, though sometimes the error is still displayed at the top in the red box.  Not sure what the difference between these 2 links are.  Could someone fill me in?  Thanks!
