Localization is experimental with Civicrm V3

When setting Multiple Language support there is the following warning:

"WARNING: As of CiviCRM 3.0, this is still an experimental functionality. Enabling multiple languages irreversibly changes the schema of your database, so make sure you know what you are doing when enabling this function"

I guess this means that you should not use Civicrm V3 if you have a multi-lingual site.

When do you think it will be OK for multi-lingual sites to use Civicrm V3.

Wasn't the multi lingual feature introduced in 3.0 ?

If your need is to have CiviCRM in something else than no US english for all the users, feel free to go 3. Works.

Multilinguality has been introduced in v2.0. We don't feel we got enough user feedback on this feature, so still keep the warning, but it seems like it's working fine. Feel free to work with it and give us feedback - this will ensure the warning disappears. :-)

Thx,
