I know that CiviCRM does not require a shipping address with Paypal Payments Standard. We need this functionality as we'll be mailing tickets, and our bookkeeper is much happier when everything looks right on the Paypal side. (We're capturing mailing addresses through a profile on CiviCRM, but we only get Paypal's protection if we require addresses there too.)

I see from https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/pdn/howto_checkout (search no_shipping) that the code can likely be made to require paypal to collect the shipping address (I don't care if it's integrated into CiviCRM).  Where, in the CiviCRM files, would I make the change?  (We'll likely change it back after this event is over, as this is the only one we actually mail tickets.)
