What's the best way - better yet- most streamlined way to had Individuals whose primary address is their work address, where a relationship (e.g. Employee of) is created with an Organization whose record holds the work address.

Scenario:  Individuals identify that their primary address is their work address, and the Organization record is created with its contact info.  To minimize errors in address info, the address is only stored in the Organization record and not the individual record.  Then a user needs to do a mailing to their contacts, but of course, since there's no address in the Individual's record, there's no mailing label created and there's no address info to export to do mail merges outside of CiviCRM.

Is the best solution to create household records for the Individuals of the organization?  I noticed you can't (at least I can't find out how) household an organization record with an individual record.   which means that if the organization's contact info changes, then you'd have to update both the organization record AND the household record.

What would be the best way to hand this scenario, without having to update 2 records?
