javascript errors
November 18, 2009, 06:14:18 pm
I have CiviCRM installed in Joomla.  I have a banner rotator that I also use.  On pages that CiviCRM creates, such as my event page, I get javascript errors, and my banner rotator won't rotate on these pages.  Here are the errors I get:

Code: [Select]
Error: Class is not defined
Source File: http://www.vickiesangelwalk.org/joomla15/modules/mod_idslider/tmpl/mod_idslider_class.noobslide.js
Line: 76
Error: Class is not defined
Source File: http://www.vickiesangelwalk.org/joomla15/components/com_virtuemart/js/mootools/mooPrompt.js
Line: 1
Error: r.bindWithEvent is not a function
Source File: http://www.vickiesangelwalk.org/joomla15/components/com_virtuemart/js/slimbox/js/slimbox.js
Line: 7
Error: $ is not defined
Source File: http://www.vickiesangelwalk.org/joomla15/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/event/ical&reset=1&page=1&html=1
Line: 187
I don't get any of these errors on any other page, just CiviCRM pages.  here is a link to my events page so you can see

Thanks

Nope.

There was also similar issue with CiviCRM + lightbox2 drupal module. Lightbox-dev release has fix it. So you might want to check with slimbox developers..

I'm not using drupal, I'm using Joomla.

Right. might be worth checking with slimbox developers about this error.
