Importing with out email address
November 19, 2009, 01:14:41 am

I have recently run an import and in the field mapping have not selected Email Address, but once the import is completed an error file is created stating email address in missing.

Is there any possible way/ configuration in civi that allows me to import a file even though the email address has not been selected?

Thanks

Dipesh

I think you will have to modify your De-dupe rules and remove email. This way you should just import contact without email.
