Getting checksums working in receipts/invoices etc

Does anyone know if the work that is being done mean that the checksum token will work in html receipts/invoices - or is that another step beyond ?

the checksum token is a built-in token and hence should be present in html receipts/invoices. can you do a test and check (i looked at the code to verify this :)
