Path not working in drupal. i.e. http://website.com/civicrm/

For some reason when I try to go to my website url:
http://website.com/civicrm/

It is giving me a page not found.
Now I can use all the other links and civicrm seems to be working fine:
http://website.com/civicrm/dashboard?reset=1

I've check to see if there is already a path alias setup for it in drupal to make sure there are no conflicts but doesn't seem to exist.

I'm using drupal v5.1
CiviCRM v1.7.beta.9327

is your drupal clean url setup?
This is what fixed mine.

The same thing happened when I upgraded my installation.  It happens when I just upload and replace the entire /civicrm directory.  If I turn off clean URLs, the issue goes away.
