I am trying to see if there is a way to exose certain reports to logged in front-end users? Thanks for any help.

I don't think so - but you could try setting the report Permission (in Report Settings) to "Anyone" and seeing if you can point at the URL. However I suspect you'll have to modify the code.

NOTE: You CAN configure any report instance to email a copy of the report to one or more email addresses on a regular basis. This requires configuring a cron job to run bin/CiviReportMail.php - but might be much easier than modifying the code :-)
