import problems: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
November 24, 2009, 06:39:56 am
Hi there,

I just created a test spreadsheet with the data for one member of my client's organization, and am trying to import it using "Import Members."

Problem is, after I've matched up all the fields (step 2) and hit "continue," I keep getting one of those generic "This page cannot be displayed" errors. (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error). In IE it says "There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed." and in Opera the message is "Remote server or file not found: You tried to access the address http://membership.outingclubofeastyork.com/drupal-6.14/civicrm/member/import, which is currently unavailable."

Is there anything I could be doing that could be causing this error, or is it just that the page is down for some reason?

Thanks.
