For a customer we have set up a case type, complete with a number of relationship types. In CiviCRM you can leave one of the labels for the relationship type blank in case they are the same. This does not seem to work for cases though, this only seems to work if I enter both the labels, even if they are the same. Anyone else experienced this?

I've had the same thing happen. I've just resorted to entering the same name for the B --> A relationship as the A --> B

I have done the same, and it resolves the issue.
