1. Organic groups integration seems to be working fine.  See more: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,10895
2. The autocomplete list on the dashboard in 3.0.2 would bring up a list of name but would not bring up an individual's record when you click on their name.  This also seems to be working fine in 3.1 alpha 2 (note: production site with issue has Drupal secure pages module installed, test site does not)
