Importing Accounts and adding an identical module.

Hi,
i have intalled CiviCRM, and i am new with it, i can import contacts and activities. but i want to import my account data as well.
can any one help me, how can i get it imported?
I also want to add another module which will be identical to CONTACTS menu but ll handle data separately. will anyone help me in this regards?

not sure if i quite underestand but there is an import function in civicontribute
