Would like Collapsible Custom Groups on Summary page for 3.1+ just like in 2.2.9
December 01, 2009, 12:12:32 pm
In v3.0 when you create an inline custom group (under Summary tab) and you select to collapse the group on display - the custom group still displays when viewing the summary tab.  When editing, the group is collapsed - as is expectied.  In v2.2.9 the custom group is collapsed when viewing the summary tab.  The way it works in 2.2.9 is preferable.  Any chance of bringing this functionality back for 3.1+?

The feature is handy, with the new v3.0+ layout - there are times when you don't need to view custom groups of fields on the Summary Tab all the time, so collapses the group can reduce having to scroll to view the info until needed.

An example is creating custom groups fields holding personal or organizational details - that make sense to hold on under the Summary tab - but you users do not necessarily need to see these details all the time.
