Hi,

Is there a way to setup the widget for a contribution to display all donors and amounts for a campaign?
We regularly receive cash donations/checks for our campaigns in addition to online contributions and it would be great to have the donation
thermometer show both.

CiviCRM 3.0.1 / Joomla 1.5.15

CiviCRM does not have a campaign object as yet

If you are interested in helping build one and/or sponsoring the development of campaign like functionality please contact us via email. We do think that this is super important functionality and would be great to have this featur

If you are using a custom field on contributions to track which "campaign" the money is destined for, you can modify the code at:

CRM/Contribute/BAO/Contribution.php, function getCurrentandGoalAmount and put in the right query for your setup

Thanks for the hint on the query.

As I use Civicrm more and more, it's a great piece of work!

I'm not a good coder, but I'll definitely look for more ways to contribute to the community outside of coding.
