Wizard for CiviCase

Hi all,

I had a question about CiviCase. Its my first time with CiviCRM. I want to know if a
CiviCase Wizard excists ? And if so where can i find it. And if there is no wizard,
why not ?

Not sure what you mean by "CiviCase wizard". If you're referring to configuration wizard, answer is no - CiviCase configuration is a manual (and somewhat technical) process at this point. Some references:

Yes i am referring  to a configuration wizard. Most of the main functions of civicrm are acesseble by configuring it, but civicase must be configured by programming several actions. Why does this civicrm component doesn't have a configuration wizard ?

Because configuration is complex, and component is relatively new. It made more sense to get through a few iterations / build-up of config features prior to implementing UI for this. Finally, a config wizard was not a priority for the orgs that have been using and sponsoring CiviCase (so far).

If your organization is interested sponsoring implementation of a configuration wizard - ping us on IRC to discuss steps (first step will be ironing out the specifications).
