Is it Possible to Change Default Contact Edit View in 3.01 to "Collaps All Tabs"

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to change the default setting in the 3.01 Contact Edit View to open all tabs rather than roll them up?

I think the only way to do that is to create a custom copy of templates/CRM/Contact/Form/Contact.tpl and modify the jQuery function which controls collapse / expand.
