3.1 beta1 - Delete custom field, double confirmation

When I delete a custom field, CiviCRM (3.1 beta1) asks to confirm the action two times. First is a javascript popup, second is a separate page. I think this is unnecessary and would prefer just the javascript confirmation.

I think this happens a few other places but I can't remember right now.

We need to do some more thinking about the delete UI in general. We will probably have an option for 'undelete' on some Civi records in  3.2 (see this blog post for more .... ). However this will probably not extend to configuration objects like custom fields.

I think the double warning is there currently because deleting a custom field is quite destructive (you lose any data stored in that field for ALL your contacts).
