Does the server exist   Can't find the a MySQL server on 'rdbms.strato.de': Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 146
Are the access credentials correct   OK
MySQL version at least 5.0   OK (MySQL 5.0.67-log)
Can I access/create the database   OK (Database 'DB658867' exists)
Can I access/create InnoDB tables in the database   OK
Can I create temporary tables in the database   OK
Can I create lock tables in the database   OK

Requirements
PHP Configuration
PHP5 installed   OK (PHP version 5.2.11)
MySQL support   OK
Memory allocated (PHP config option 'memory_limit')   OK (64M)
File permissions
Does the webserver know where files are stored?   The webserver isn't letting me identify where files are stored. (file '/home/strato/www/se/www.securitymadesimple.de/htdocs/README.txt' not found)
CRM folder exists   OK
packages folder exists   OK
templates folder exists   OK
js folder exists   OK
api folder exists   OK
i folder exists   OK
sql folder exists   OK
Is the standalone folder writeable?   OK

This might be serve related problem. So would suggest you should check it with your server admin.
