Looking for assistance with Joomla+CiviCRM

I'm looking for someone to help me troubleshoot/debug a Joomla+CiviCRM installation. Issues primarily have to do with CiviCRM's mailing features. Looking to establish a relationship with a developer as there may be other needs down the road.
