civireport and how it treats money fields
December 09, 2009, 09:07:26 pm
a csv from civireport is giving us this as a column
£ 30.00
£ 30.00
£ 40.00

while from Find Contributions = export I get

30
30
40

with no currency.

The ones from CiviReport are not being recognised by NeoOffice as numbers/currency (and find/replace doesn't seem to even be able to strip out the currency symbol - is this a problem with how neooffice deals with such data? or how it comes out of civireport?

Otherwise have to say am very happy with my first civireport experience. great work.
