Consent Form / Release Form on Event Registration Page
December 10, 2009, 03:21:43 pm
I'm wanting to include a short consent form on my event registration page. Sort of a "read this and agree by checking here" at the end of the form....

Problem is, I can't see any way to do that. Anyone else been able to do this?

Thanks.

Seth.

Two options:

1. Use a checkbox as a custom field and add it via a profile to the event.

2. Use the civicrm hooks to inject a new form element for this and validate hook to ensure it is checked when the form is submitted
