Mailing Labels - Shows Only Tokens?

When we test the mailing labels function, the .pdf output page shows only the tokens -- not the data from the search. The search selected 48 records, and the output page showed 48 records -- but they all had the field tokens, not the actual contact data.

We are using the IE7 browser on the CivicSpaceLabs ASP platform.

What are we missing here?

either this should be the default, or the documentation should note the need to make this change.
