is this provided by CiviSMTP host?
Right now I get no reply even if I
telnet civismtp.uas.coop 143
Trying 67.212.170.242...
telnet: connect to address 67.212.170.242: Connection refused

Hi Alfred,

we do not provide or support anything called civimailprocessor.php

CiviMail Processor is one of the ways to handle the return channel for CiviMail:

The CiviSMTP service is another alternative.
