Advanced Search is missing checkbox for 'deceased'

On the Advanced Search form there is no way to search for records where the Demographics Deceased flag is set.  In those cases where dates are not known or have not been entered, entries in the Deceased Dates fields are not sufficient.

Is this an oversight in the advanced search builder or am I missing something?

This seems like an oversight. Wanna contribute a patch to fix it?

I didn't see a fix for this or a newer thread.  Am I missing something or is this still an issue.  If so, it would be a great make it happen project and I can probably get some sponsorship.

Paul - just checked my 3.4 beta install and Deceased is available in the Demographics pane on Advanced Search :-)

IMO
This is fixed as part of  http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-7488 for CiviCRM 3.4
