Mails not appearing in Activities list

Hi All,

Since upgrading to 3.0.1 mailouts sent through CiviMail no longer appear in the list of my contacts' Activities.

However, when I check the mailing report it is clear that contacts have received the mailing.

Any clues as to why that might be or how I can rectify?

From 3.0.x onwards CiviMail creates only one activity "Bulk Email" per mailing that should be added to your activities.

Thanks Kurund,

I suppose it reduces bloat on the database.

But, is there an easy way to revert to the previous system of showing it as an activity for each recipient?

No and I wouldn't recommend it.
