CiviEvent to Joomla Menu
December 15, 2009, 07:08:55 am
Newbie question (can't find this issue for joomla 1.5 interface, CiviCrm 3.0.3)

When creating a Joomla Menu Item with 'type' linked to CiviCRM Events, the CiviCRM Event Id's do not populate in the Parameters Basic dropdown.

Should this not be automatic?  or do I need to manually build the link adding "&ID=nn"
appreciate any guidance - Duane

I have EXACTLY the same problem on a site I'm working on right now.

Any suggestions anyone?

EDIT:
I just figured it out.  You need to enable event registration in the admin back-end in the component.
