[RESOLVED] Problem with personal dashboard

The personal dashboard is in a continual "Loading" state even after adding other reports to it.

Can you give more details. We checked on local standalone version and dashboard is loading correctly.

Thanks for the quick reply... logging in and out does not resolve the issue. I am happy to provide any details necessary. I have also tried creating and adding other reports to the dashboard, but that did not solve the issue either.

Can you try to upgrade to latest release -3.1  beta3 and check if that helps.

Fresh install of 3.1 Beta 4 and still have the same problem (continual loading spinner).

Issue resolved. The problem was that it requires the JSON PHP extension to be enabled on the server. Our host does not enable this by default.
