Personal Dashboard suggestions

Might make sense to add a "Dashboard" link to the top menu.
Also, reports might have 2 views - full view and dashboard view.  the latter might show a limited set of fields.

We already have "CiviCRM Home" link in Navigation menu.

You can create multiple instances of any report, one for 'full view' and one for 'dashboard' - selecting the columns you want for each one.
