Looking for paid help to upgrade 2.2.8 db to 3.0.3

I am having trouble upgrading from 2.2.8 to 3.0.3.  The upgrade script indicates that a partial upgrade has taken place but I do not believe this to be the case.

I would appreciate someone being able to assist.
