Hi Alain

I am assuming you have Drupal Organic Groups and would like to have CiviMail Groups of similar composition?  I believe these are two un-related sets of features in these two products, meaning you would have to manually update CiviCRM groups with any changes your user community makes in Drupal groups.

Wouldn't it be nice to tie these two things together?  I am sure it could be done (paying for development or weeks and weeks of leaning and effort).

There is an og_civicrm module which does a certain amount of synchronization between Organic Groups and CiviCRM groups. AND there are some discussions going on now about upgrades / improvements to this functionality. If interested, you may want to review and contribute to this process:

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/ACL%27s%2C+Organic+Groups+and+Multi-Org

However, I'm not sure this integration will result in List Manager functionality. There are no current plans to add List Manager functionality to CiviMail / CiviCRM. Of course, we would be happy to see folks stepping up and working on a solution to this (perhaps integration with an existing open-source list manager ??).
