I noticed this thread on comcast issues. http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,7796.0.html Our client is having a ton of comcast bounces UNKNOWN and was wondering if it is related to that issue or any other thoughts?

I too have had a lot of comcast bounces, but they have happened with individual e-mails as well as those generated by civiCRM.  Perhaps it's the host (Thinkhost) and it's IP addresses?

we did have a problem with Comcast blocking our emails more than a week ago but it has been resolved so you shouldn't be getting any more bounces from Comcast.

if your client is still seeing bounces from Comcast please contact us directly at civismtp at uas dot coop with the account details and the email that resulted in bounces with full headers.
